2019 International Pollinator Conference
July 17-20, 2019
We are working with UC Davis Conference Housing to provide you with convenient and affordable accommodations, both single and double rooms a couple steps away from the event. All of our rooms are located in the Segundo dorms with shared bathrooms. For more information: Conference Housing Services.
Conference housing does not include registration. Please register for the event: HERE. You must be registered with the International Pollinator Conference to book a room.
We have limited rooms available, so please make your reservations as soon as possible. Cut-off date is June 16, 2019 or when rooms sell out.

Double Rooms (shared):
$59/person/night
Roommates are randomly assigned, but if you want a specific roommate, please indicate on the registration form. We will do our best to take your requests into consideration.
Single Rooms:
$87/person/night
Your own room with shared community bathrooms.
Check-in Info
Conference Housing guests need to check in at the Conference Housing Service Desk upon arriving on campus. A confirmation letter will be sent 30 days before the conference with check-in time. Note: storage space is limited and guest baggage cannot be accommodated before check-in unless previously arranged.
